Swim or Bust - we busted

Tonight the plan was to start back in a swim workout and by the time I got off work, bought groceries and unpacked them, I was running later than I wanted to be but the two younger kids and I put on our suits, packed up the totes and headed off to the fitness center to spend a little time in the pool before they closed.  Well as we checked in we found out that the pool had to be closed due to an "accident" of what I'm going to assume was something we didn't want to be swimming in the midst of anyway!  The kids were disappointed and I was too but thankful that we took that little extra time at home so we were not in the pool when something apparently went horribly awry!

We will try again on Thursday and with the groceries bought, we should be able to get a head start.

Released!

Doctor said I can resume normal exercise/fitness so I am all clear for getting back to a normal routine...now I just need my mind to get on board!

WELCOME!

Welcome to all visitors!  It has been a long road trying to figure out how to create a blog (I really don't have it figured out, I've just made it this far is all).  I am not a quick learner when it comes to technology and my desk chair is anything but comfortable but I've been whittling away at creating this so I can share things with others that I am passionate about.

This blog will keep you informed on how you can incorporate the 3 F's into your life and make positive changes from here on out.  Those 3 F's are: FOOD, FITNESS, and FAITH.

This has been a personal mission for me for about 18 months now and this little blog really is a BIG step for me.  It is called Bodies on Mission because it is about ensuring a healthy body that you can use to share with others about our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, wherever you go.   I hope you enjoy it and if you do, share it with your friends.
