Released!

Doctor said I can resume normal exercise/fitness so I am all clear for getting back to a normal routine...now I just need my mind to get on board!

Shannon: I'm a busy mom and wife with an extended family that includes 6 children. I have a hard time using the word "no" so I'm probably way busier than I should be. I know that doesn't make me any different than anyone else but it does keep me active. I sing very badly and I do it with all I've got!
